One of our worst critics is ourself! One of my business coaches constantly tells me to 'dump your head trash". We are much too self-limiting! Let yourself go free!

I have been lugging back and forth my sneakers to work every day so I can exercise. I noticed upstairs a few people leave spare shoes in the coat room. There is a coat rack downstairs too. Also with a few pairs of heels on it and now my sneakers. Sean I swear leaves his work out gear in the men's room. He wears the same outfit every day and is a wrinkled mess. I wasn't paying attention and he touched my arm and he was like your ice cold you really don't sweat. I laughed and said NOPE not unless it's really hot out. I pop on a machine for a mile at lunch.
Today is my early Friday out by 5 I took Mon & Tue off for vacation days. I would love to get something accomplished at my house. I know my parents are trying not to ask for help but my dad had delivered a truck load of mulch. I am aiming for 2 days over there 2 days at my house.
Yesterday I actually had to exercise more to accommodate the pound cake I ate. My husband is truly sabotaging me by buying all my favorite junk foods. Though when he was trying to sleep and I was on the treadmill he was getting cranky. He may think twice before he buys it again.8 -
@pribud - Happy to hear your husband's surgery went really well, hope the healing process goes as well!!
Yaaaay, for you on making it through without the bingeing, and for getting your exercise in.6 -

It's been a very intense/busy week; preparations for a wedding shower and my 60th bday party plus lots and lots of babysitting. One more 1/2 day of babysitting; I will take Jack and Julie to the park, playtime at my house, lunch and then take them home. Sigh!!4

Happy Friday!!
Thanks for sharing the lovely photos yesterday @SimonsChange! Now, where was that pink sparkly bedecked photo of you @2020pinktogo?
As far as inside/outside exercise, running outside is by far my favorite. The scenery makes me feel calm and lets my mind go. Truly my meditation. Everything else I do is pretty much inside at the gym or home and music (Spotify), podcasts, or listening to a stand-up on Netflix gets me by. Of course, spin class has its own fun pounding soundtrack. Outside running on the trails does have it animals though. @bocasdelbob, I had a similar experience of a hawk swooping down to snag a rattlesnake right by me and then flying over my head. All I could think was don't drop that thing on me!!!!!
Congratulations to both @RangerRickL on your PR and @pribud for staying on plan during a stressful, off-schedule day at the hospital.
My youngest officially graduated from 8th grade yesterday, so now I just have high schoolers. Exciting. Was happy that I passed up all the junk food at the grad party at friend's house.7 -
A friend of mine had posted this today and I laughed when I saw it. It reminded me of our super hero day I JUST HAD TO POST.....LOL

yes, yes, yes
Chugging my fiber for desert. That fills me up and closes the kitchen.
Not too hard of exercise today. Little over a mile of walking but hey that counts.
Maybe I will get crazy tomorrow. I like them pics from @SimonsChange. Makes me want to put a picture up. My wife has agreed to camping on Tuesday. That'll be alright.
Picture of the nearby mountain I like to climb on. Sometimes I climb it all the way to the top but not all of the time.
Halfway is a good climb. That is still two thousand plus of climbing. I seldom climb this front side although you can, but not on a bicycle. To climb on a bicycle you hook around the North (left on picture) where a canyon goes up at a more reasonable of gradient. I think I will go there tomorrow but not likely all the way up. Weekends spell more traffic. I can get kind of halfway by 9:00, but the halfway intersects a paved road that people like to drive up on. Weekend not good for that. Weekday it is virtually a private road. Same story on a Saturday if I turn around at nine.

Exercise: Yes, some Tai Chi to help build my core and stretch out my muscles. It always feels like I got a massage afterward.
Calories: Yes
Tracked: Yes, in spite of the buffet dinner tonight! I ate very modestly all day, and fortunately the buffet has its nutrition facts online I was able to check. I picked out the food and amounts I wanted to eat, logged it all, and then used my log as a guide when I got to the restaurant. It was such a relief, and I didn't feel gypped. I actually walked away quite full!5 -
It is such a thrill to read the daily reports!! Everybody has a different style of exercise. The group accountability and sharing is helping everyone stay committed to exercise and calorie limits. Wow! Congratulations.
My report:
