Everyone did great in may cause everyone was TRYING so hard to make positive changes.
Taking a pass day for June 1 as this is my recover from night shift day. I don't eat or move very much at all!!1 -
Exercise, yes. I ran 4 miles
Calorie goal, yes (good thing I ran)
Tacked food, yes. This is because of all of you. I was thinking I would just use a pass day but your dedication made me track my foood. The reason I was going to take a pass was it was my daughter's graduation and we went to dinner at a Brazilian meat place. It was all you can eat so I had a huge variety of food to track.4 -
