DAIRY causing stall?

I seem to find that whenever I bring my beloved greek yogurt back in the diet my weight stalls and goes up. Even if it fits in my macros. I love 2% and full fat Fage...but I'm I making up this correlation? Or have others found this to be true? Do you know why?

    Gary Taubes reccommends that the only dairy in your diet be cheese (in moderation) and heavy cream. He strongly advises no milk or yogurt for weight loss. My understanding is that the issue is related to the sugars found in milk and yogurt (even plain, full fat).

    Hmmmmm, so maybe its my ricotta cheese W/choc protein pwder & whipped cream on top ? that's stinks ! I have been looking forward to that :ohwell: I thought it was a great dessert idea. new at this, day 14 not one pound lost....but just added this a dessert a few times.

    That sounds so good too! I don't know why, but I will never lose if I have a greek yogurt.
