My physical fitness level is okay, I'd rate it 6 out-of-10. I do competitive tumbling once every week to keep fit and attend planet fitness at least once or twice a week. I also enjoy going for walks around my neighborhood with my brother and his girlfriend. My diet is well rounded and I try to keep it organic/vegetarian, because I don't like eating meat. My fitness goal is to keep and maintain a healthy weight by attending my classes everyday.

My physical fitness level would be a 5/10 due to the fact that I don't always like to be sitting around, I enjoy the outdoors on a number of levels from walking my dog/playing fetch, playing football, swimming, hiking, and fishing throughout the summer. Snowboarding/snowmobiling and shoveling driveways for cash in the winter. But I also don't mind relaxing on the couch playing video games and watching some T.V with the family every once in a while. My eating habits are not the greatest, to be honest I barely ever eat breakfast unless I'm really hungry. And I snack on foods (I.E crackers, cheese, yogurt and bread) more than I eat a full meal... but I eat dinner everyday that's a full meal. Other than that, some lifestyle restrictions would be just having some junk food (I.E cookies, Ice cream, potato chips.) around the house but nothing to over power the fruits and veggies(I.E peppers, honeydew melon, strawberry's and carrots). Its more of a unhealthy lifestyle choice to grab a ice cream sandwich rather a carrot more than a healthy lifestyle restriction, but that's just something I will have to change.

    1. MY FITNESS LEVEL IS A 0/10. I AM THE LAZIEST PERSON ON THE PLANET. MY MUSCLES LITERALLY LOOK LIKE LIQUID JELLO. I CAN BARELY LIFT A FEATHER IF I ACTUALLY TRIED.
    2. TYPES OF ACTIVITES I DO:
    Sleep
    Nap
    Rest my eyes

I do these activities every day even though they take a lot out of me
    3. My diet includes foods that are high in "I don't know the name of that chemical". My favourite restaurant is Mcdonalds and when I'm feeling healthy I go to Wendys. I need to start eating real food....I think.

    1. My fitness level is average, 6/10. Even though I was very active in the earlier years of high school I slowed down and 'lost my touch' so I would consider myself extremely inactive.
    2. Two activities that I do are go to school, and live a RELAXED life. I don't do very much because I work all the time so I barely have any time to do other activities other than relax.
    3. There are no restrictions in my home because my parents (especially my mom) live a healthy life style. We have all healthy foods in my house, no pop or juice, just water. So it is easy to eat healthy at home..
    4. My eating habits are horrible. I tend to eat out a lot, and buy fast food almost every day. A lot of my money goes towards my eating and I want to change that.
