Using the SMART principles of goal setting.
Identify some goals for the next 4 weeks, and a secondary set of goals for the next 6 months.
Your goals should be
S - specific
M - measurable
A - attainable
R - relevant
T - timely

Some specific goals I have set for myself for the next 4 weeks would be to loose about 5 pounds, by eating healthier. And to work on my running technique due to me having shortened breathing from being a cigarette smoker, possibly cut back a lot more on cigarette's and even quitting all together would be nice and help with my breathing lots. I'm hoping that these goals will be attainable by the time the four weeks have passed. I also set the goal not to miss a single day of this fitness course, to be timely with the whole semester since I haven't missed a single day yet.

some specific goals I have set for myself is to lose 5 pounds by the end of the 4 weeks. I can attain this goal by participating in class, working out in the SHAC and going on the walk daily. Ill have to start eating healthier as well, I can start by not drinking all my calories in coffee and ice capps.

some specific goals I have set for myself is to lose 5 pounds by the end of the 4 weeks, so losing 1.25 lbs every week. I can achieve this by making sure that I walk every morning and that I go to the shac every day as well. I will also have the cut out all the extra calories in my diet like fast food etc.
