FASTER study for those athletes out there or just interested in fat adaption and exercise

We have had a few threads about running and other athletic questions recently, so I thought it would be good to post these two links:
http://www.vespapower.com/the-emerging-science-on-fat-adaptation/
http://www.metabolismjournal.com/article/S0026-0495(15)00334-0/abstract?cc=y=
The first is an article that gives highlights of the study for those who are not so good at reading the scientific papers. This is most people since, unless you were in a higher level science class in college, you had no training in much of the language used.
The second is the abstract for the actual study. In the right hand column is a place where you can download the PDF of the full study if you are a nerd like me and really want to dig into the nitty gritty.
Even the first link gets into some pretty good detail, so that will likely be enough for almost everyone. It also lists a few athletes you can google like Zach Bitter who has set numerous ultramarathon records as a fat adapted runner and has a blog.

not sure what is going on with that. Try copying it and pasting it in your browser. I think maybe the parentheses are messing it up.1

Yes that's the problem and fix. It doesn't like the parentheses in the address.1 -
I found this useful too: http://caloriesproper.com/a-timeline-of-ketoadaptation/1
