For those who have joined the 6 week Challenge that started July 22, what are you plans as far as exercise and nutrition to increase your weight loss?

I plan to get to the Classes offered at my gym at least 3 days a week, I plan to clean up my eating, Increase my water intake.

My sister and I went to a DanceFit class last night it was so much fun, lots of Latin with a little hip hop. We will def. be going back next week on Monday AND Wednesday.

I'm going to continue with Insanity. I'm thinking about adding another mode of exercise to mix it up, but since month 2 of Insanity is suppose to be harder, I don't want to run the risk of overtraining. With that, I'll just play it by ear as to whether I am capable of doing two workout programs at once.

I also plan to drink more water, continue to monitor my sodium intake, and cut back on refined sugar. Ever since I was pregnant, I've become a sugar junkie. I never really craved sugar before like I do now, so out of everything, I really need to focus on that the most.

I am continuing with my water only. This is going into my fourth week with that. I am doing hip hop abs 2-3 times a week and working out at the gym 1-2 days a week. I also started my vegetarian diet...hopefully it will become a clean eating vegetarian diet soon. I might stick to it if I see good results.

I am doing Leslie Sansome's Walk Away the Pounds 6 days a week and some strength training 4 days out of the week. I usually do the 5 mile walk. I had a lot of success with Walk Away the Pounds in the past so I will see how it goes this time around. I am also keeping an eye on my calories and my sugar especially.

I've had RA since I was 4! I feel your pain. The heavier I get the worse it gets so I know its time to make a change.

Oh wow! RA pain is so horrible, I couldn't even imagine a child going through this! God bless your soul! My doctor told me to lose the weight and my RA and Degenerative Disc Disease will improve greatly! I'm praying this will happen :indifferent:
