Non-Scale Victories - Loads of NSVs this month- My old work trousers fit (haven't worn them since 2015)
- Avon sent me some free jeans from their Jeanetics range to review, the blue ones fit when I was Size 20 but could never get into the black ones of the same size - guess what I'm wearing for work today?

OK, I'm going to be honest, I've been in a terrible plateau so I haven't posted to this group for a while. But I've gotten better about logging (and half marathon training is over), so I am pleased to report:
LW: I don't remember, but 162-163?
TW: 160.8!
Almost below 160, which has been a goal for a while. I'm 5'10'' and want to get to about 155.3 -
I'm on vacation. Not weighing myself. Hope I don't do too much damage2
