    OK, I'm going to be honest, I've been in a terrible plateau so I haven't posted to this group for a while. But I've gotten better about logging (and half marathon training is over), so I am pleased to report:

    LW: I don't remember, but 162-163?
    TW: 160.8!

    Almost below 160, which has been a goal for a while. I'm 5'10'' and want to get to about 155.
