Prof Tim Noakes & HPCSA

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie to this forum. I'm from the UK (London) and I'm late 40's. I first joined MFP when I was on the 5.2 diet and then forgot all about it.
I have been following a LCHF lifestyle since the beginning of the year and have lost 26 pounds (11.8kg). Today I tried on a pair of jeans bought at the GAP in San Diego in 2002. I haven't been able to wear them for years. I'm so happy that they fit. This Low Carb WOE is amazing.
My husband is also trying his bit, although he is resisting cutting out beer! He hasn't lost as much weight as me, but he does have more energy and has found that his running times are faster & his recovery from 10 mile runs is quicker. He's now considering half marathons, which last year he wouldn't have entertained. So it's all good.
I have been following the outcome of the Prof Tim Noakes hearing(Trial) in South Africa & can't believe that the HPCSA are going to appeal. There is a petition that people can sign. People have signed from all over the world. The info that Tim has given in his Book, Podcasts and talks has been really helpful to me, if he has helped you to maybe you would like to sign.

If this has already been talked about/posted I do apologise
