Hi! I am trying to get back on track with logging on MFP. So decided to look up groups too to make new friends and get more motivation. I got (again) a long journey ahead of me, I am aiming to lose about 30 kg (~over 70 lbs).

I have been working out with workout DVDs on and off for over 10 years now. I started out with the Firm.. ("Hi, I'm Ally"... anyone? :) ) and that's how I got started. Over the years got to know other instructors too and now I am almost solely doing Kelly Coffey-Meyer's DVDs for several years, her style seems to be perfect for me. I have almost all her DVDs.

    I have several of the firm workouts, and also borrow from the library. Some of my other favorites are Turbo Jam and TurboFire, T25, Kendall Hogan, and Caribbean workout.
