I'm overweight

Instead of obese!!! Hit a huge milestone today. Lowest weight I've been in probably 15+ years? And my BMI is officially now just overweight instead of obese. I'm so excited!!! I'm doing it this time!

    This sounds like the right time for a special treat. (No, not an edible one, natch.) How about a massage, a facial, a new outfit, a new haircut, a kitchen gadget you've eyeing but didn't want to splurge on, a day to yourself visiting things around town you've thought about but never made the time for -- you know what floats your boat. It's important to reward ourselves in some fashion. None of us have outgrown our need for a gold star.
