So I tried Core speed today...it is the bonus dvd you get in T25...OMG I loved it...It is all cardio with no breaks...I was sweating like crazy...It was awesome...

    It is my fav! I received the DVDs before a Monday and I wanted to start on a Monday so I did the core speed for 4 days until I started! its my fav of all of them!
