Ty Ann and essie its nothing serious just bloated and tired, a few days time and Ill be fine, its normally the time when I sit down and gorge on chocolate and ice- cream :) not this time .. and feeling better for it :D

@hoping_for_a_rainbow Glad to have you on board,

@AnnofB uses a Jessica Smith walking video (which is on youtube), I just googled that and the first clip that comes up is a 20 minute mile, we could go with that? So for every 20 minutes of any walking video you count it as 1 mile and every 5 mins is 0.25 of a mile does that sound fair?

As for outside walking, biking etc I don't have a pedometer or fit bit either ... when I come home from a walk I map my walk here .. https://gb.mapometer.com/ ... pop in your postcode find your start point and mark out your walk .. it shows you how many miles and also how much you have burned (although I'm not sure the burns are accurate as it doesn't ask for your weight) however if you don't want to map it just count it in minutes as above.:)

any exercise that doesn't include mileage, doesn't count towards the challenge. but do them anyway because it does count towards your fitness :)

We will walk, run, skip, swim, cycle, cross trainer, treadmill etc etc etc

So the sky has opened today ... bah, I will have to get a little walking in between showers as I have not yet invested in my waterproofs!

My stat bike is in the shed, buried in the shed, so that will be a weekend job to get that out, and I hope it still works!!

I hope everyone is having a fantastic day :)

TY ladies ... I will check her out :) .. I much prefer to get out, but on days like yesterday the videos are a life saver :)

It's beautiful day sun is shining, however I still lacked all motivation to get out and do my minimum 20 minutes .. so I called my mum and asked her if she fancied a walk ... she was over the moon .. turns out she has been walking on her own as well and been fining it boring .... so a 110 mins walk followed .. couldn't believe I had been out that long !!!

I thought it was only 50 mins but when I mapped my walk I realised i would have had to be running to make that distance of 3.7 miles ... then noticed the time was 7 30 not 6 30 lol

    date 7th June
    distance 3.7 miles
    exercise walking for 110 mins

    well pleased :)
