I'll go first.
After a while of being off the kapha-balancing routine I've definitely noticed a decline in my health. There is so much to be said about eating appropriately for your dosha and following a sound daily routine. I can't stress what a positive difference it can make enough. Why I periodically "fall off the wagon" is beyond me. I just get up, dust myself off, and climb back on.
One of the hardest things for me to practice is getting up early. I KNOW that I feel better all day when I get up before the Kapha period starts around 5:30/6:00 a.m. yet I insist on hitting snooze until 7:45 a.m., not giving myself enough time to eat a good breakfast or even prepare tea before I have to head off to work. This is definitely something I need to work on because I know I'll feel better, the day will go better, plus I'll have time for morning prayers. Maybe I'll start an early-risers thread....0
