I'm at day 12 and have had no serious reactions like headache, stomach problems, etc. But I need new ways to put meals together because I'm getting bored. No hunger in sight for me. Feeling full Is definitely a benefit of having fats in every meal. I'm barely hitting my calorie goal every day. Thirst has caused me to drink at least 9 cups of water a day at least. I'm sleeping well and have my energy back to where it was. I've been enjoying Zumba, tennis, biking and brisk walks. Lost 3 lbs in the beginning and now no changes on my scale. It'll come though.
