Is chewing gum allowed during my fasting?Preferably after my morning coffee. Just to get the taste off my breath.

    Hi Jolene,
I don't see a problem with chewing gum. I like to chew gum too, on my light days. Just try to keep it sugar free / low calorie or count it if you are chewing it more often.
I tend to chew gum in the evenings, around 5pm when I get out of work and am going to the gym. I tend to get a dry taste in my mouth between the gym and dinner time.
    Welcome. :)

No problem with chewing gum. Details are less important, especially if you have progress already. Anything that encourages the transition to a better you is for the better, right? Good luck.

I don't see a problem with it. Just include it in the calorie count. Sometimes chewing gum makes me hungry so I haven't ever done it during the fast day. Give it a try and see if it works for you.
