    I gained the 2.4# that I lost last week. Grrrr

    I sorta felt like last week my WI was TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! It was my second large loss in a row, so I think I may have had a dose of self sabotage this week. (there was that bag of cashews too)

    Oh the things I do and than LATER ask myself "Why did you do that?"

    Back to some basics this week, drink my H2O, get in more steps, don't buy snacks in bulk quantities, like cashews. There are four more WIs for me in June and then I will be at the mid year point with 26 more WIs to succeed.

    I was down 0.5 this week. Lots of bouncing this month thanks to a few too many vacation cocktails and lack of a plan when I got home.

    I plan to crack down in June and July and get the scale moving in the right direction again!
