10 weeks. Help me please.

I am just starting to get back into my lifting. I have lost a great deal of what I had before and I am looking for a group to help me reach my goals. I am weighing in at 267 and looking to hit 245 in 10 weeks. I struggle the most with eating and not so much with the lifting aspects. If anyone in here has some tips on meal plans/ prepping I would appreciate it. if anyone has workout routines that would help me reach that goal I would also appreciate them.
