    Upper body after long work shift.

    bench - 2x8 @ 45, 1x8 @ 75, 3x6 @ 95, 1x10 @ 75
    closed grip bench - 1x8 @ 45, 3x8 @ 65
    overhead tricep extension - 3x10 @ 40
    lat pull down - 3x8 @ 70
    face pull - 3x10 @ 70
    abs - 3x20 @ 55
    25 minute on treadmill, 20 minute at 5 incline

    crappy half-assed performance from me for t-day. i did manage to get 75 pounds for bench press, but the sqats were kind of all over the place and nowhere near my 90-pound high point of almost a week ago. i told myself i'm still recovering from the 170 deadlift and just let it go :)
