Normal or not?

Is it normal to have to pee a lot? I am doing the lindora diet and I'm on my 3rd protein day and I am peeing often. I'm not even drinking that much fluid. I didn't have test strips my first day but yesterday my strip looked somewhere between moderate and large and today it said large, so I just started ketosis.

I do when I'm first going into ketosis. (I have been off and on plan a number of times and that it happens to me every single time).

Yep. You need to make sure you're getting sodium.
Check the launch pad for info about electrolytes.

Normal. Reducing carbs causes your body release excess fluid/water weight. Just keep in mind that with the excess fluid loss is sodium loss thus the need to replace sodium. Keep electrolytes balanced.

Normal. If you start doing multiple day fasts you will start to think you are related to race horses, you will pee so much B) Do what Sunny_Bunny suggests, lots of sodium will be needed.
