Brought bronchitis back from China again

Allergic reaction to pollen advanced to bronchitis again.
Sux. I get winded with moderate exertion. Given how much I swim, that is a big drop off in stamina.
I'll have to take a couple days off swimming. Getting z-pack from doctor tomorrow to treat the bronchitis.

    One more refinery day tomorrow. Back in the pool Thursday.
    Been doing planks and dumbbells in the office.

    Very much so. Lungs are clearing a bit. I'm going to try swimming tomorrow.
