6/13 - Rest (Also Train your Brain class for healthy weight loss)
6/14 - W4D1 Zombies, RUN! C25K Run I actually got through the 15 minutes with out stopping!!!!

Was able to do 3 sets of the advanced level in my exercise workout which I've never been able to do before.1

6/14-18 camping trip! Four days in 90 degree sun, traversing the 5 or so acre campground multiple times. My friend with a Fitbit registered 10k steps by lunch time, so I estimate somewhere in the 25k range each day, and possibly even into the 30k range.
Today and maybe tomorrow are recovery days, for sure.1
