Week #6 of JC done

Another 1.7lbs lost this week and over 15 pounds down since the start. Managed to get to the gym 4x this week which helped offset an office outing and a glass of wine (or two). Good progress so far - hoping for a big loss week of 2 lbs and get under 220

    hey, congrats on your progress! I think I am on week 6 too but I am not as happy. I think I am down about 5-6 #'s. Disappointed! Had hoped for more progress. It's steady but seriously, I was expecting better results. Am I being unrealistic? I guess the truth is the truth.
    I follow the plan religiously but don't have much time to increase my activity. I wish that were different. Vicious cycle, eh?

    My wife is experiencing the same thing. For me, it's the significant decrease in alcohol, more time at the gym and no fast food that has really worked. Hasn't been easy. Keep it up - even some small progress is good progress!
