Heavy whipping cream for coffee vs Half n Half. Aren't they both the same in carb count? Need your thoughts.

10.4 in a cup of half and half
6.4 in a cup of cream

    Calories are a lot different.

I do either depending on my day. If I'm not eating breakfast, cream. If I am, half and half.

    That's a good strategy!

I stick with hnh to overall reduce added fat. I still have lots of belly fat I need to lose.

I'm similar. I usually skip breakfast and just have coffee with cream and some protein powder. I've always liked drinking my calories so it works well for me.

HnH for me. Too many cals.

Only use HnH when HWC isn't available, because the taste is so much more yummy. I don't consume enough of it to really be concerned about the cals/carbs/extra fat in my diet. I don't use much of either one. I also hate the taste of milk, but like full cream a lot.

This is heresy, but I don't like cream of any description in coffee -- I can't taste the coffee, only the cream. I keep 2% milk in the house for various breakfast cereals (not mine), and that's what goes in my coffee. I only use about 2 Tbsp, and the 2 carbs aren't going to put me over my limit.
