I am so very grateful for this MFP site and for the different groups that allow christians to fellowship with other christians from all over and be an encouragement to one another. Weight loss has been a struggle my entire life. I have hid behind weight for many years but with God's help, grace, love and mercy He is helping me to overcome. Helping me to take this weight off in a healthy, forever way. It's about a life style change just like when I became a christian. The old me was buried and a new me was born. That is how I feel about my weight loss now. God is so very good to me!!!

    The statement you made "It's about a life style change just like when I became a christian. It's about a life style change just like when I became a christian." has given me a fresh look at my weight loss journey. At this stage I need a boost to help me grab another deep breath and continue on. Thanks
