Hi Everyone,
It's time to get back on the wagon. I have had success in the past (lost 48 pound over 1.5 years), I felt great and was looking better than I had in years. Then I moved and switched jobs at the same time, and my whole routine was shot. Over the last 3.5 years I have gained back 44 of those pounds and I'm sick of it. I'm a bit nervous, I'm a 44 year old female, so losing won't be easy. I'm not afraid of hard work, but I'm looking for ideas and support. My goal is 2 pounds per week (50 total) with 3-4 trips to the gym for weights per week, and walks in between. I'm going to combo that with Macros based eating plans (notice I hate the word diet ).
Looking for ideas. BTW I hate to cook! This is my greatest downfall!
