HELP!!! Over 50, peri-menopausal, corporate job, no exercise, snacking ex yoga and healthy food lover needs help to kickstart my healthy lifestyle again. Suggestions welcome.

@jcowell1964 I started with the June Accountability Challenge group. You make a promise for three things each day: weigh, measure and record all food and drink, sray within your cals and exercise for at least 20mins.
There us great daily support from the team and leader. You will need to wait a few days for the July group to get set up. 1st July can be the start of a whole new you!1 -

Hi JCowell! I can totally relate! When I turned 50 I updated my "bucket list" and added at least 30 minutes of daily aerobics and consumption of more water (half my body weight in ounces). Believe it or not, these two small changes helped offset hot flashes and night sweats.1
