June Mini Challenge

When / if you join this group and want to start the first challenge, it's to shrink by 0.1kgs a day (on average).

Obviously, depending on when you join in, the target loss is a different number, so I have done the number crunching for you:

Whatever today's date is when you start the challenge, the kgs/lbs number at that date is the target number to lose for a 1st July weigh in.

    SW: 87.1kgs (191.6lbs)

    Hi all, so good to see you all again on MFP!!! As of today, 6/14/17, I am 182.4 lbs. By 7/14/17, 4 weeks from now, I hope to be 178.4 lbs, meaning I want to lose 4 lbs in 4 weeks. Wish me luck! And best of luck to all of you on reaching your goals :)

    Good morning everyone, just checking in on my mini challenge. I lost 2.2 lbs last week, bringing my current weight to 180.2 lbs. :) Less than 2 lbs to go until I meet my mini challenge of being 178.4 lbs by 7/14!!!

    Hello everyone! Just checking in with you all on my progress. My goal was to be 178 lbs by July 14th. Well, as of this morning I am 178 lbs so I have met my mini challenge goal. :) Of course, I still have a long way to go and plan on getting down to 150 lbs. Right now my goal is to be that weight by February 2018 but who knows, maybe I will get there sooner. Cross your fingers for me. You can continue to expect updates from me that's for sure!!

    Congrats on meeting the last challenge you set yourself!!!! I'm sure you will do fine with the further shrinkage you have set yourself!!!! B)
