@Bouddie Like neohdiver said GFR is a measurement of kidney function (above 60 is good), but if it was just a blood test you can't put much weight on it. The one you want to know is Creatinine you want this to be below 1.
Just something you learn at an early age having Polycystic Kidney Disease.1 -
That's what I'd really like it to be able to maintain my diabetes at normal levels, and I love keto so it's under 20 for me at least for now, I might experiement when I hit maintenance but it will just be experimenting, if my bg starts spiking down go the carbs. I'm really glad to hear metformin can't make my bg go to low. I have worried most of my most recent bg tests have been aroun 4.6 to 4.8 even one hour post prandial. This morning my bg was 4.8. I wondered if I should go back and talk to the doc about maybe lowering. I'll leave it for now then.
I did kind of expect my trigs to be lower but let's hope for next time. I'm not eating anything that should elevate them.1 -

I have to say it's a little difficult figuring out the difference between how the US calculates and Canada, Mi creatinine serum was 84 and the healthy range was (40-100 umol/l) Maybe it's just a decimal place thing?2 -
