Hey friends - if anybody wants to try Camp Gladiator, I've got a promo code for a 4-week camp to give away (June 26 to July 22). The four weeks are free, but be warned, you might get addicted and sign up after your first camp. I've been going since Valentine's Day and it's been a great fit for me. I'm definitely not "in shape." I'm often the slowest person at my camp, but I'm 100% faster than if I was sitting at home. Having a trainer on hand and encouragement from the other people at my sessions has been key for me. I definitely workout harder and more often than I would left to my own. I'm still the slowest, but I can feel my strength and stamina improving each week. Comment or message me if you have any questions or want the promo code.
