Pass Day #3
We spent the entire day with new friends and I had my meals at the restaurant planned out to be under calories...but I couldn't say no to popcorn at the movies. After that I decided to enjoy myself at dinner and had several mixed drinks.
I will probably take another pass day on Wednesday as I will be travelling all day.2 -

Calories?: Yes, with about 300 to spare.
Tracked?: Yes, including the alcohol at a friend's birthday party.4 -
Sunday July 16.
Disappointed have to take a pass day. #2. Had a huge migraine wake me And then a travel day. I had the opportunity to walk before we left,but just didn't want to move. Ate poor choices. But writing this on Monday at work. Feeling better and back eating and tracking. Will do at least 20 minutes tonight.
