    Not my finest day, but it was slotted in to be a pass day from the beginning, and so it was. We are spending a weekend in the Hunter Valley winery region, for an annual family catchup. Wine tastings, fancy cheese & desserts - there was no way I was keeping to my calories today. But I logged it all nonetheless, albeit not as precisely add usual.

    PASS.

    Exercise - lots. Had great fun with my kids at the local swimming pool -slides, waves, rapid river etc etc
    However, I didn't log and am fairly sure I was over calorie allowance so I guess that's me eliminated for July as I've already used my 3 pass days.
    I knew it would be difficult to stick to while on holiday but I've really enjoyed being part of this group and will join again in August - and hopefully do better.Hope you're all doing well!

    pass day 2. just felt down today and couldn't manage to get out of my funk. ate way over calories and no activity...but at least I tracked it all.

    Exercise: Yes; a very busy day yesterday (and my first violin lesson!), but kept moving and did my dedicated exercises.
    Calories: Yes--though I did indulge in a little ice cream.
    Tracked: Yes.

    Major NSV for me! My husband had two bowls of ice cream and I had ZERO! Ice cream has been one of my worst habits for quite a few months, so I was very happy to win this "battle". :)

    have you tried halo top ice cream? it's a high protein ice cream but not a lot of calories per 1/2 cup serving. 1/2 cup seems to be just enough for me.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes...at The he lake there is an impulse park...its designed for bodyweight workouts...we love it and hit it for 45 ghen frisbee golf for 2 hours.
