have you tried halo top ice cream? it's a high protein ice cream but not a lot of calories per 1/2 cup serving. 1/2 cup seems to be just enough for me.

@hawkins410 Good for you, what a NSV. I too like ice cream(actually frozen yogurt) Luckily I now can have 1/2cup with some fresh berries and feel satisfied. My husband can not only have that much as he LOVES ice cream so I do not buy except for special occasions.

@Calli1616 so glad to hear you are staying with the group. This is what we hope for as yes it is nice to be in the Winners Circle but it is more about taking it one day at a time and making the best choices for us. To me it is all about developing and maintaining a healthier lifestyle, the support we give and receive is so helpful towards our success!

Today was a lovely day, I had my stepson's 13th birthday so we had some kids that went to paintball. I organised a party with his friends in the late afternoon. In the evening I had a pot luck dinner with the grandparents and uncles/aunts. There was a lot of laughter in the house.
I went for my walk, tracked everything and via some form of miracle was within my calories today.4 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?Yes, again quite a bit of walking in town.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes1
