Well I unexpectedly have to take my first pass today. My son and grandkids came to visit around 430pm. Then one of my neighbours and her grandson came over for a visit. Next thing another neighbor showed up and another...lol....this led to drinks and snacks. I am not a big drinker right now so that part was fairly easy but did participate in the snacking. Was still hungry when everyone left but did not have the energy to cook our healthy supper. I did track everything I could remember but it was too close to say with certainty that I was within my calorie budget. I feel better taking a pass day...............and we really really enjoyed our impromptu get together...lol3

Sorry...my mom took a tumble on Friday night and I have been juggling 2 houses...she is doing better now. I have found a lady to help her because...of course...we leave for our 2 weeks at the lake on Thursday.2 -

Exercised?: Yes. 20 minutes walking and running on treadmill. I now run for 6 mins of the 20 mins. Progress feels good!
Calories: yup within my calories Had a bit of a struggle at book club. It's snowing here and I really wanted a hot chocolate. I thought that might put me over so I went for a cup of tea instead. It took a disciplined effort!

@harringtonen Just keep moving forward! Do what you can do and learning is the key! My perspective needed to change and now I can see how I relate to food a bit differently. Make small daily goals and go from there!3

Forgot to log here last night, even though I logged all my food (Yes x 2 for logging and within calorie budget)
Unfortunately I didn't exercise and was not active yesterday. Planning to walk in the evening but thunderstorm happened and walking got a rain check! However, I determined to do better (be more active) from now on, just go ahead and do it when I get a chance and not to wait for the evening (that's being said, I have not done my exercise for today yet!)
The good part: I am pretty focus, eat healthy and have portion control in mind! Turned down a buffet dinner date with friends (asked if we could go to a restaurant with salad option instead) and ate 1 serving of chips (instead of the whole bag).4 -
