Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?

    Exercised?: Yes. 20 minutes walking on a treadmill. I managed to run 4 mins of the walk which is exciting :) I used to run a lot but had an injury so I'm starting off little by little. With consistency though I'll go far!
    Also went bowling

    @PaisleyFlower. I assume Calories and tracking are also yes. Little by little. Build up. No rush. Do not re-injure yourself.
