June was great!! The Ultimate Accountability Challenge (hereinafter, "UAC") team members encouraged each other and pushed themselves too. Here is our list of those who consistently chose to to intentional exercise for at least 20 minutes per day; tracked in MFP every bite, taste, lick and caloric beverage; and kept their calorie intake below their own preset limit or budget. Everyone is allowed 3 Pass days per month, which are days in which you do not stay inside the guardrails.
And the Winner's Circle Qualifiers for June are:

Welcome to everyone who is returning and those who have just joined our group. This is a safe place. Many people share very openly and that is wonderful. Others are free to just do their daily report and be more private. No pressure and no rush.
It is helpful to share what type of exercise you are doing, as it is just more interesting. Nonetheless, you can just be you!

Date: 1 July
Exercised?: Yes. 20 minutes walking on a treadmill.
Calories: Yes
Tracked: Yes7 -
Hello all new and returning members, let's get another record number of people into the winner's circle this month.
Fixed my puncture this afternoon so all ready to cycle again on Monday
Exercise: 30 minutes rowing machine this morning and 40 minutes gentle exercise bike in front of the TV this evening.
Tracking and calories: okay7 -
July 1
Exercised?: Yes. Walked 7km in 60 minutes (hills - One Tree Hill back track - adds the extra 2km).
Calories?: Yes.
Tracked?: Yes.
Goals for this month:
- Be in winners circle (track everything, keep under budget, 20+ mins exercise per day, no more than 3 pass days)
- Lose 2kg (MFP intake set at -0.5kg per week)
- Stay honest (even if it puts me out of the circle for the month) and continue past failings (forgive mistakes and keep moving forward)
- Encourage others where possible
Sounds familiar to last month
Congratulations to all those who made circle last month. Congratulations too to all returning UAC members that gave last month their all (even if they did not make circle).
To all newcomers, welcome. Look forward to hearing more about you as the month progresses.
To all returning, welcome back. Was a great group last month.
UAC is a challenge (and not a an easy one - as those last month can attest). However, it is probably the most worthwhile challenge on MFP as it is about building the right habits irrespective of your personal goals. We are all doing the same thing, trying to achieve and maintain health. It's not done in a day, a week or even a month. It's a continual and gradual process. Also take time out on occasions to look how far you have come (you may find it surprising).
Back on topic, as of this morning, I am 3kg from target weight (I weigh daily). If I track this month like previous months I should hit target. Should I hit target, I will then assess if I need to re-visit target or transition to maintenance.
Like last month, I re-calculated my daily calorie target. It dropped 40 kCal (as I weigh less). When I recalculate, 0.5kg per week. I also choose sedentary as I have a desk job and exercise calories then count as a bonus (and I can optionally eat them back).
Any extras you put in when calculating goals (active lifestyle, workouts, etc..) are factored into your daily target. Consequently and you should not eat calories associate with those "regular" activities back. Otherwise you are "double-dipping" exercise calories.
I also will be flying interstate for holiday with family for 4 days this month. Tracking and exercise through that will be an interesting challenge.
Wishing every UAC member a good month.

@craigo3154 thanks so much for all that you contribute to all of us! I deeply appreciate your wisdom and generosity.

@everyone
Thanks for the encouragement to add myself to the Winner's Circle. I do not always make it. When I do make it, it has felt inappropriate for me, the guy in charge of the checkered flag, to qualify myself.
The additional reason has been that I want to be an encouragement to other team mates and not be perceived as their competitor.
Just feelings.

@RangerRickL you're part of the team whether you like it or not. We're in it together rather than against one another. UAC UAC! Ha, that's just given me a flashback to an Asian football (soccer)cup match I went to about ten years in Vietnam where the uae team chanted UAEnon stop for the whole 90mins!
Exercise:yes. Walked for a few miles up the river where I live and back. Flat but brisk.
Calories: yes! A huge achievement as today is my town's annual food festival. Picture about 50 stalls with the most delicious food and then a picnic on the green by the bandstand. I didn't miss out but made a healthyish choice and in a small portion. Without the accountability of this group I could easily have gone on to have churros, crepe, ice cream, brownies, more alcohol.... I savoured the smells instead!
Tracking: yes, including the glass of pimms that took me close to my limit. (It's a British drink that's beautiful on a blue sky day like today with strawberries and timely with the tennis at Wimbledon about to start)
Hope everyone has a great start to the month and if not, keep going. Plenty of opportunity to do better ahead.
Oh and I'm aiming to take inspiration from el capitan the one and only @RangerRickL and am cutting out bread for the month. I'm an addict so wish me luck!8 -

I totally agree with you here we are all in it together and only in competition with ourselves not each other ..Oh and I'm aiming to take inspiration from el capitan the one and only @RangerRickL and am cutting out bread for the month. I'm an addict so wish me luck!
I'm a bread addict too, I can't lose weight while eating shop bought bread theres somthing in it that really doesn't agree with me .. but home made bread seems to be fine .. we now make our own bread twice a week and its a keeper (bread maker of course)

kept track - every bite lick and taste I had to use the quick add for some cals .. but got proper number from the packaging to make sure they were accurate
ate in my calorie goal - yes at the low end
exercise - 20 mins of walking 1 mile
Today my daughter and I went to a bike club (we plan to hire bikes during the summer, well she does and I will brave a little shot, at least for the first few times lol) we have 3 lessons to sit
Lesson 1 (today) how to take off and put on the back and front wheels and how to change the inner tubing.
Lesson 2 Sat 8th - the breaks
Lesson 3 Sat 15th - the gears

Hi everyone.
My first time joining in one of these challenges and my first time posting here, so hope I do this right, lol.
Okay, I went for my daily jog this morning, of 35mins, then 10 mins on the vibrapower slim machine. Done quite a bit of walking today as well, took my dogs for a country walk.
We went for 3 and half hours yesterday but wasn't able to go that far today due to other commitments so only got chance to do half that today.
Also spent 2 hrs walking round town if we count that as exercise? I logged it in but I'm happy to exclude it, as it's not really exercising just walking round looking for shoes for my daughters prom night!
Anyway...
Yep, I'm within my calorie budget for the day and I've tracked everything I've eat and drank.
Hope everyone has a great start to the month and thanks for having me here. Looking forward to see how things go.

@trixsey1. Welcome aboard. Post all good.
Walking round town counts as exercise. Housework counts as exercise. Gardening, horse riding, pretty much anything that keeps you active (gets you off the couch or out of the office chair) counts.

Welcome @everyone. There are so many of us and I love it. Great job today.
Exercise-yes, 50 minutes of cardio.
Tracking and calorie range-ues. Actually had to eat a little more to increase my calories. Between errands, dog park and obedience training, I missed lunch because I did not want to eat fast food because we were eating supper out. Was able to maintain my discipline at supper and did not eat a whole basket of tortilla chips and sauce (like I used to do) and only ate a fraction of my meal.6 -
Pass. No,yes,yes4
