    Exercised: 60 minutes of walking/jogging on the treadmill I have at home. I use this treadmill when I can't get to the gym.

    First I want to say hi and welcome you to our group. My name is Priscilla. I am looking forward to reading about your successes.

    It is totally up to you if you use your exercise calories or not. Some use them, some use only when needed, and some don't at all. I use mine from time to time it is completely legal. I did read on here somewhere that it is good to use at least a portion of them.
