Good morning Mellisa55 - these are my first thoughts for my 5 week goals; S - lose 5 lbs by exercising 4 days a week M-I feel better when I exercise and make better food choices A-YES this is achievable R-YES good health improves every aspect of my life T- June 26-July 31 E - plan weekly activity & meals ; recommit & record daily R-back up plan for schedule interruptus2

Thanks, Planperspire. (Like that name). "Plan" that's the way I'll get this done. Following suit: S-Specific: Lose 5+ lbs by walking 30 min. a day and staying on planned food intake; M-Meaningful:Feel better and be healthier; A-Achievable:yes, this is achievable, 1 lb. a week should be doable, not too extreme, able to stay on track; R-Relevant,??;T- time-bound: 5 weeks; E-evaluate: look at diary at end of each day, plan how to do it better tomorrow; R- Readjust: fix problem areas, have a backup plan for interruptions (a lot of readjusting).
