Low Carb Chia Seed Pudding Recipe?

Does anyone know of a really good low carb chia see recipe? I have seen many online but I was wondering if any of you had some good ones that you actually tried?

    I start with this basic recipe.

    I can add other things like raw cacao powder if I am in the mood for chocolate. You can also top it with a couple of berries or even whipping cream. The trick is to let it sit overnight for sure. My favorite is the chocolate version, even my husband enjoyed that one, and he doesn't like chia seeds in general but it turned out so good and flavorful I had to fight him for my half.
