I'm 8 weeks in and sick of the food I have been eating. Some food prep ideas would be great. And no pasta zero I don't think I will ever eat it again

You might find this site very helpful, he concentrates on nutritional density in foods. He has several lists of foods that target goals, diabetics, nutritional ketosis, that sort of stuff. Here is a good starting place on his site:

I don't really collect and make keto specific recipes but someone posted something similar to the chicken recipe and I made it one evening. My husband and I both liked it. I skipped the rice. We've eaten the fish version for years.1 -
I love fish curry. Tons of flavor and a refreshing change from all the red meat. https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/thai-fish-with-curry-paste-and-coconut-cream1

The internet has been a lifesaver for me as far as recipes and meal ideas go. I will usually pick 2 or 3 and prep for the week. I use a few different sites... ruled.me, low carb maven, peaceloveandlowcarb. There are so many, which makes me happy because I'm really partial to Thai food and there is no shortage of recipes. This week alone for food I made sugar free blueberry muffins, beef korma in the slow cooker, Thai peanut chicken and Parmesan roasted Brussels sprouts. All real food and all super tasty.2
