I do the same thing, today I have a slab of beef I am throwing in the crock pot, I portion it out and freeze it to make it easy to grab something and go.
Another thing I do is make egg "muffins", I mix eggs, veggies, turkey bacon or another kind of protein, sometimes a little lowfat cheese, bake it in jumbo muffin tins, and that's something else that's easy to grab and go. Chili is another one of my high protein go-to meals as is chile verde. I tend to make batches of food that's easy to portion out and freeze. I find recipes on Skinnytaste and Pinterest too.0 -
Quick and simple. Steamed vegetables seasoned with lemon pepper and a pouch of lemon pepper tuna. I've also steamed the veggies and used the Thai Spicy Tuna. The tuna pouches are around 90 calories and the small quantity of vegetables you can have is no more than 30-40 calories. It's a complete meal for under 150 calories ready in about 5 minutes.0
