I was down 1.8 to hit a new Low 208#.
I have not been near this weight since 1986!
2013 SW 376/208/186?
My NSV was being able to wrap a gym towel around my waist and wear it from shower to locker. LoL
On Father's Day my son said "Dad, I hope your NOT "that guy" the old guy walking naked around the locker room.
GUILTY!
I was pleasantly surprised to find that I CAN wear a towel now, after losing 168# and I don't know how many inches around my waist. (Then : 54" dress pants, now 38" w shorts)
