is everyone having a good diet week ???

i have been on plan food wise this week .. i could of done more exercise like get on the cross trainer but to be honest its been too hot by the time i have had chance to.but i have walked every day with my dogs.

    At least you've done something. More than I can say about myself but I'm sticking to my promise of no more self pity! Must be working as I finally registered a loss this week.

    I think that the hot weather has put paid to a lot of things these last few weeks. I went to do a 60 min walk last Sunday and after about 30 mins I was exhausted and really struggled to get back home. that is why I stick to aqua exercise.
    But it is important to stick to your resolve, use your calories wisely and exercise when possible. You have done so well so enjoy that and what you have achieved so far.
