Hi everyone! My name is Liz and I am new to the group dynamics of my fitness pal, and clean eating. I have recently been diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity and dairy intolerant. All of the things I have started trying, have been on the clean eating spectrum. I would love new recipes and any words of wisdom from all of you! Thank you for having this group!

    Hi Liz. I am new too and have both gluten and lactose intolerance. I am slowly experimenting with food and dairy.. for now I have my morning coffee with 2 % natrel lactose feee milk nad enjoy it without it giving me cramps and keeping me in the bathroom. Greek yogurt plain also works well so I use it in my smoothies too.hang in there. All the very best
