Progress:
1. No vending machine snacks at work
2. Excellent meal prep for work
3. Didnt eat after work 2 days out of 4
4. Logged 5 out of 7 days...
Plan tweaks
1. No after work junk purchases in cafeteria
2. Decrease diet coke intake by 25%

    I hadn't realized how much diet coke I've been drinking these last few weeks until I realized the 36 count pack only has two left in it! Drinking diet sodas don't seem to have any effect on my weight loss or even my blood sugar, but when I'm drinking those diet sodas, I'm NOT drinking enough water. I've found the same thing on days I make tea. I'm sipping on my cold tea all morning instead of working on my water intake.
