6.19 miles golfing this morning. LOL less than 1/2 a mile to goal. No worries. I am meeting my husband at the golf course after he gets off work. Another 18 hiles of golf and I will exceed my goal.1 -

July 31: 50 minutes: mix & match Walk Blasters: Light Walk, Upper Body Blast, Lower Body Blast, Tummy Trimmer Walk, and the Flexibility Walk.
@Deeder522, Way to go hitting the fitness markers on your Apple watch!! One of my DILs has one and she loves the fitness function on it also.

You are so right that July just flew by... around here it was with the unrelenting heat and hardly any rain. Looking to another scorcher month for August, so I am so grateful for the indoor walking that we all do together.

Well, I did not reach my goal, but I have had a lot of play time with my granddaughter in the tent, on the floor, in the boat and painting so it is OK! I have also become a play doh ninja!! :laugh: I'll work on my NY milage next month as I am not sure where I am at the moment!

Great walking y'all, so many miles, minutes, and steps... and hitting golf balls, doing yard work, and climbing/ crawling in and out of boats and tents... lots of movement in July!
@zichab, You are getting lots of exercise in fun ways! My granddaughter, now eleven, still loves to play with the play-doh. Sometimes she makes all sort of food to "eat", and so I go way over calories on play-doh days :laugh: . I know this kind of play will end too soon for me, so I am enjoying every "bite" she makes for us.
You'll get back to walking to New York in next month .
