I'm Ashley I'm on week six of no grains no sugar and week 2 of 20carbs a day. I do intense workouts at the gym (hsv been in physio since January, when I started i couldnt walk) and have over 100 pounds to lose.
I am hoping by the end of July, when it is my birthday I will be back to my starting weight, and exactly 100lbs left to lose.
A few months ago I was unable to walk except very short distances with a great amount of pain.
If I dont lose the weight I will be crippled for life so I am VERY motivated and have already got back 60% of my mobility.
I'm not stopping!
