July Fast?

I was thinking I'd like to start on July 10th. That way anyone binging on BBQ for the 4th can eat to their heart's content, and it'll start on a new week.
I plan on doing a minimum fast of 7 days, and depending on how I feel by day 7, I'd like to go to 10 days, or possibly even 14 days. If anybody would like to fast concurrently, no one is under obligation to go the same, or longer, than anyone else. All just for moral support.
