Exercise How Often & For How Long

How often are you doing exercise and for how long? Also which kind do you do. I suffer with bad back so can only do so much before is starting to hurt me( i do around 20 on my pro bike at home) with walking to school around 10 mins. I can't do much work out on my lower part as it will hurt me all day after in my lower back.

I have a bad lower back as well which is why I do yoga. I also run but I find I have to run on my toes to save my back. And I do strength.1

I do minimum 60 minutes per day, every day. Started with just walking, but then I got plantar fasciitis and couldn't walk so I switched to cycling.
I have arthritis in my lower back and it can be pretty bad, but walking / cycling has been ok, and of course losing weight has helped tremendously.2
