Montlyl weight loss challenge results June 2017

This challenge is to weigh less at the end of the month than you weigh at the beginning of the month. It is NOT about trying to lose as much weight as possible in a month, and it's not a competition. This is about taking a slightly longer view than a week at a time to gauge progress, and it's about not letting too many weeks get away without progress.
Each month, post your starting weight (or post "x" if you're not comfortable sharing your weight.) The follow-up post will be made at the beginning of the next month. As an option, post ONE thing you will be focusing on for the month related to health/weight loss.

Down 2.4 for the month. Down 17.2 since Jan 1. Down is better than up so I'll take it. I like the monthly weigh in rather than the weekly. Less angst when weight fluctuations occur. I'm trying to guage shorter term results with other methods. ie: How I feel or how my clothes fit etc.1 -
Hah! I have FINALLY reversed the weight creep of the past 3 months.
I was 170 (moving average 170.7) at the end of March, then went up higher for both April & May.
At the end of June, I was 169.5 (moving average of 170.6).
Now to keep the momentum going.

The Friday to Friday (weigh-in dates) UP 0.6# Too much good times weekends. Don't recover like I used to.1

Came into June @ 177.5, and starting July with 174.
3.5 down, would have like to have seen 4, but that's OK, since it's not a race.1 -

I started June with a 2.4# gain then four losses in a row.
Focus on changing up my exercise routine a little bit during July.1 -
Down 0.4 ... Not great, but in the right direction at least.1
